  • 2–3 Months of Bank Statements
  • Proof of 6 Months Liquidity / Reserves
  • Borrower’s Legal Status
  • Non-Owner Occupancy Certification
  • Investor’s Track Record with Proof of Ownership (minimum 3)
  • Borrower’s Identification

  • Entity Formation Docs (Articles of Incorporation, Operating Agreement / By-Laws)
  • EIN (Employer Identification Number)
  • Certificate of Good Standing (COGS)
